Chief Operating Officer and Head of Retail Sales

We are on the lookout for good candidates for the below mentioned positions for a well known Insurance Company. Looking forward for some good profiles and references. Please forward to my email directly.



1) Chief Operating Officer:

Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with at least 2-3 years of Health Insurance experience. The candidate must have complete knowledge of Underwriting and Claims Management procedures. Should have a good PR base and an impeccable reputation within and outside the Insurance Industry. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, out of the box approach, technical competence of strategically directing the current operations system to an advance level. Must be able to provide the necessary back-up support to the Corporate and Retail Sales teams in prospecting and approaching clients and closing the deals. All in all, must have excellent management and leadership skills to take complete charge of the organization and act as the CEO’s back-up.



Salary Package: 300K-400K. Negotiable (entirely depends on the person’s KSAs to do the job and organization-person fit)

Position is based in Karachi Head Office.



2) Head of Retail Sales:

Must have at least 5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Must have thorough knowledge of different channels of Retail Sales, especially Bancassurance. Should have a good PR base and an impeccable reputation within and outside the Insurance Industry. Must have excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, out of the box approach, technical competence of strategically managing and branching out the current retail sales team.



Salary Package: 100K -300K. Negotiable (entirely depends on the person’s KSAs to do the job and organization-person fit)

Position is based in Karachi Head Office.
