Skills & Specifications
HR

· Responsible for handling all the HR related activities of Non-Management Staff including:

a. Time Management / Attendance

b. Leaves

c. Grievance handling

d. Salary Distribution

· Coordinating and Reporting to Head office & Branch Manager on daily basis.

Finance

· Payroll handling of Non-Management staff (Payroll processing, advances, deductions and adjustments etc.)

· Preparation of daily sales and cash reconciliations and reporting to head office on daily basis.

· Maintenance of daily bank-wise cash deposition status, in transit balances, bank reconciliations etc.

· Monitoring of tax challan (receipts) and recording of VANS

· Petty cash handling and daily reporting to Branch Manager and Finance Manager
