Job Description:
Position Purpose: To develop International Remittances (IR) service on Mobile Account (MA), responsible for operational planning, S&D planning and execution of the market plan relating to international remittances on MA.
Area of Interest: Business Development
Location: Islamabad
Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA
Experience Required: 1 year of banking experience in similar position i.e. international remittances
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze needs -design and present technical solutions for approval
- Responsible for the P & L
- Develop value propositions targeting the needs of the customers’ value segments
- Develop strategic guidelines and briefings for various functions based on the propositions: Product, Pricing, Communication, Sales & Customer care
- Define and own the customer experience for these segments
- Develop acquisition, usage and retention strategies, programs and plans for these segments
- Work with communication to develop the message, branding and media plan for these segments
- Work with product team to define the product and content road-map for the segments
- Work with Sales to develop the channel strategy and implement innovative ways to deliver the product.
- Work with pricing to develop Value Propositions which are relevant and competitive for the segment.
- Provide input to the Business Planning process
