We are looking for competent Professionals for CIS and Pakistan with enormous pertinent field experience of Marketing and Product Management.

Qualification for BUH: MBBS+ MBA (Marketing)
Qualification for GPM: B. Pharm+ MBA (Marketing)

Qualification & Skills required for BUH

1. Preferably holds a University Degree in Business Administration.
2. A minimum of 5-6 years experience in pharmaceutical /dietary supplement industry/ OTC at a management position in USA.
3. Solid experience in business development & managing people.
4. Proven track record of delivering success through teamwork.
5. Comfortable in managing multiple tasks and delivering stretched targets.
6. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Knowledge of written and spoken Urdu language will be an added advantage.

Job Description for BUH

The candidate will be working as an official representative of the company handling the entire operations of Herbion USA which briefly includes:
• Ensuring the company’s long term success and feasibility of the business by formulating and managing the annual business plan for the US.
• Responsibility for working with Senior Corporate Management to advise and approve all new product launches. Developing and implementing new product introductions including launch product training, marketing material development, advocacy development and sales launch tactics in close coordination with the Global Marketing team at the Head office.
• Managing the field force to ensure that given sales objectives are met.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring procedures that promote and enhance communication and information flows across the Group.
• Liasioning with Head office regarding regulatory affairs, marketing, finance, business operations, pricing, distribution, human resources and administration with respect to Herbion USA operations.
• Building and maintaining high level relationships with local and federal authorities, attorneys and consultants.
• Timely addressing of all local compliance issues including financial statement filing, tax filing, insurance and other necessary legalities.


Job Description for Group Product Manager

• Ensure the preparations and availability of the POS material well before time for timely dispatch to the desired locations.
• Develop the marketing programs, in line with agreed marketing strategy and plan.
• To ensure approved branding elements of allocated products are followed while preparing promotional campaign / materials.
• To evaluate and recommend objective and promotional strategy proposed by Product Managers for their allocated products.
• To analyze and prepare annual budget, forecast and promotional plans proposed by Product Managers for their allocated products including month wise allocations for approval. Monitor plans / strategies vs. results through monthly sales performance reports, feedbacks from the locations. Develop and monitor history of sales trend of portfolio products.
• To facilitate Product Managers develop innovative promotional literature and other promotional tools with the help of creative section as per ethical pharmaceutical promotional policy & Standard Operating Procedures.
• Implement the activities of various marketing tools.
• To monitor and follow market research in coordination with the location heads to determine doctor’s perception about the portfolio products and help develop strategies with Product Managers in accordance to fill the gap. Also keep an eye on competitor products and their activities and help the Product Managers to develop rebuttal as and when required.
• Based upon market analysis, propose new products and line extensions.
