HR and Administration Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for implementing HR and Administration policies.
2. Facilitating arrangement of training.
3. Responsible for implementing Recruitment and Selection strategies to hunt the best resources.
4. Responsible for maintaining monthly attendance, and other similar activities.
5. Responsible for procurement of goods and services as per company’s policies.
6. Responsible for repair/maintenance activities (as and when required)
7. Maintaining good working relations with suppliers and vendors to get the things done efficiently and effectively.
8. Properly maintaining files of all Admin related records for smooth operations of department.
10. Dealing with Government departments with consent of concerned manager.
11. Coordinate with Head Office for all performance related matters.
