Our client is a well established Construction company with an expanding global footprint; as a result of expansion they are looking for an UAE based Human Resources Officer. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms.


Main responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates.
Training and development
Performance management and putting incentive plans into place
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations.
You must complete administration of expatriate programs which will include, staffing, and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and training and development programs.

The position requires you to be a degree holder from a recognized university. You must have at least 3 years experience.

Excellent Verbal and Communication skills are essential, English written and spoken is a must with Arabic being an advantage.
