A premier Asset Management Company is looking for the following professionals to be a part of its growing team;

Position Title: Head of Operations
Academic Qualification: ACA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance
Professional Experience: 7 – 10 years of Middle to Senior Management experience, preferably with
an Asset Management company of repute.
Core skills: Excellent understanding of the mutual industry operations (Closed and
Open End Funds, both) with an end to end know how of Settlement and
Investor Services functions.

Position Title: Assistant Manager Risk & Compliance
Age: Not more than 30 years
Academic Qualification: ACCA / BBA / MBA Finance. Candidates with a Law degree will be
preferred
Professional Experience: 1-2 years of Junior Management experience. Statutory Audit experience
will be preferred
Core Skills: Good working knowledge of Company / Corporate Law, NBFC rules and
Capital Market regulations, Excellent written and verbal communication
skills (English) Proficient in use of MS Word and Excel.
