Our client is a leading group in Saudi Arabia with a very diverse portfolio encompassing 22+ renowned companies. As part of restructuring the HR Department, they have the following vacancies within their Group HR Department:
1. Manager – Human Resources
2. Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits
3. Manager – Talent Management
4. Manager – Organization Development
Our client expects candidates to have:
- MA/MSc./MBA in human resources management.
- Certification in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Competency Modeling or Compensation & Benefits is preferred as per the position applied.
- VERY strong fundamentals.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience.
- Gulf Experience shall be preferred but will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
All positions will be reporting to the Group HR Director.
Salaries for the above roles will be in the range of SAR 15,000-SAR 20,000 per/month (basic) plus other benefits including but not limited to Accommodation Allowance (for family), Transport Allowance, Medical & Insurance Coverage, Joining & Yearly Return tickets for Self & Family, Bonus (based on individual & Company performance) & etc. The following Nationalities can be entertained: India, Pakistan, Sri-lanka, Philippines.
