Customer Support Representative

Education and experience
 Bachelors degree preferred but intermediate will also be accepted
 1+ years call center experience preferred
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. (American accent preferred)

Knowledge and skills
 Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
 Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
 1-2 years of similar work experience (not mandatory)
 Must be available to work flexible shifts (24 hour call center)

Job Responsibilities
 Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
 Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
 Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
 Effectively responds to clients concerns and queries with courtesy and professionalism
 Communicates with customers via phone, e-mail or chat
 Assist clients with troubleshooting level 1 technical problems with course player or website
 Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience
 Resolve complex customer issues
 Maintain acceptable phone productivity statistics
