BRAND MANAGER

A leading CAREER ORIENTED FMCG (Food) Company based in Karachi, Pakistan and also having operations abroad requires a BRAND MANAGER. The incumbent will be responsible to:
• Plan, develop and ensure implementation of Global Annual Marketing Plan for assigned brand portfolio
• Manage top and bottom line of assigned brand portfolio
• Plan and execute all ATL & BTL activities in local and international markets
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for promoting the existing brands
• Initiate and manage “New Launches” and “Re-Launches” in local and international markets
• Assess market needs and plan consumer and Trade marketing activities
• Identify & initiate campaigns that are critical to achieve the desired brand positioning, sales, revenue and activation targets
• Prepare and Manage Budget of assigned brand portfolio
• Plan and Manage Brand Activation strategies
QUALIFICATION:
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized local or foreign institute
• Thorough understanding of marketing concepts
EXPERIENCE:
• At-least 4-6 years of in-depth marketing experience (ATL, BTL and Product Innovations) within FMCG Industry.
SKILLS:
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Highly Analytical Approach
• Effective Presentation Skills

Monthly Salary: Rs.60k-80k
Total Package comes out to be: Rs.100k-120k. It includes 1000 cc Car, Car Maintenance, Leave Encashment, Bonus (performance based), Medical, Fuel 150 liters, Gratuity, Mobile Phone Connection and LFA

ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
A leading CAREER ORIENTED FMCG (Food) Company based in Karachi, Pakistan also having operations abroad requires a BRAND MANAGER. The incumbent will be responsible to:
• Identify opportunities, plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the assigned Brands in line with the marketing strategy
• Execute ATL & BTL activities in local and international markets
• Conduct periodical market visits to feel market pulse and work closely with Sales team
• Monitor effectiveness and ROI of marketing budget
• Develop Action plans based on market research feedback and competitor activities
• Manage “New Launches” and “Re-Launches” in local and international markets
QUALIFICATION:
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized local or foreign institute
• Thorough understanding of marketing concepts

At-least 2-4 years of in-depth marketing experience (ATL, BTL and Product Innovations) within FMCG Industry.
