Manager Voice Operations - Call Center

Hi All,

We are looking for candidates for a position in an international Call
Center company -- which is owned by of one of the largest
companies in Pakistan

The position is based in Karachi

Required Experience:
Call Center experience (in Pakistan or abroad) -- with International
Clients is a MUST

Position Title: Manager Voice Operations - Call Center
Salary: About 120K to 150K -- depending upon profile
Location: Karachi

Job Description (JD):

Management of Call Center Operations and Consumer relationship function
while achieving volume and quality targets.
Must have:
. Strong management skills with excellent Quantitative and Qualitative
analysis experience
. Prior call center experience
. Ability to "see the big picture"
. Energetic, motivational and ability to inspire performance
excellence
. Excellent English communication skills
. Preferably worked in the US
. Preferably have working knowledge of Medical Outsourcing or US
Healthcare System
. 5 years of work experience
. Proven track record of managing large sized multiple client
portfolio team(s) under one single management structure
. Must be flexible to work according to US timings -
