Job Detail:
We are looking for responsible, educated and energetic Male/Female Call Center Agents who can speak fluent English, possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of computers. Training will be given to selected candidates free of cost. Selected candidates will be required to communicate with clients based in the US & Canada on the phone. Candidates must have ability to work during night, weekends and holidays. Females are encouraged to apply because company conveyance will be provided to all employees. It's a PERMANENT JOB, FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES will be given. FRESH candidates can also apply but those who have done IELTS/TOEFL or have worked in an environment where they got a good exposure of ENGLISH language.
Following are the requirements. -Must have call center Knowledge and experience. USA experiences a plus -Make outbound calls and inbound calls to clients in USA.Must have ability to work under pressure situation. -Excellent written and communication skills. -Must be confident. Must have the ability to serve USA-based customers and provide high quality services. - Self motivated, ensure productivity.
