Pharmaceutical Manufacturing business needs Manager Administration

One of our client associated with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing business needs Manager Administration for looking after its factory and Head Office operations in Karachi. A brief introduction to the position is as follows:
Responsibilities
- Ensure security, its management and equipment maintenance
- Look after canteen related matters, negotiate and get the best deal for the Company
- Supervise the Transport Related Matters and ensure timely availability
- Known to the procedures of Govt. offices like EOBI, SESSI.
- Should be having good contacts in the industry and relevant Govt. departments
- Responsible for the arrangement of events organized in the Company.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Company maintained vehicles
- Procurement of general use stationary and other accessories
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
Qualification
- Master’s degree (preferably in administrative sciences)
- Having good command over written and spoken English
Experience requirement
- At least 3 years experience of handling administration and security matters
