Areas of Responsibility:

Independently Communicate with Consumer / Customers

Coordination / Liason with Banks for L/C advance payment.

Checking emails and giving reply.

Processing of Customer Complaints.

Ensuring customer satisfaction, starting from receipt of orders or willingness of placing order till dispatch of the the goods.

Coordination between internal as well as external elements for the purpose of delivering smooth customer services in the areas of fulfilment of orders.

Maintain status of Export orders their delivery schedule, production etc.
