PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
• B Pharmacy with an MBA with 10+ years proven track record in Business Development
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Sales focused accomplishment and achievement oriented professionals with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Exposure to ASEAN Markets (Preferable VIETNAM)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coordinate market development related activities and support development and execution of marketing related strategies.
• Establish a business plan and marketing strategy for the business.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for business
• Work with senior management to develop and drive new and existing business.
• Accurate forecasting of new business
• Manage sales function
• Provide regular market intelligence, developments and opportunities reports to business leaders
• Build and develop relationships with key customers
• Manage key accounts
• Manage, co-ordinate and prepare proposals for new business
• Ability to engage with the appropriate individuals within large and small pharmaceutical organization.
