Job Description:

Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company aims to enhance the Exports through Facilitation,

Technology up-gradation, Skills Development & Marketing / Branding.

We are looking for qualification and experienced Pakistani Nationals for the following position on Contract Basis for:

MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROJECTS & TRAINING (Karachi)

Candidates must fulfill the following requisites:

* Should hold Masters Degree from institution of repute, preferably specialization in Management Sciences / Applied Science / Engineering. (Knowledge of Project Management Software like Primevera and MS Projects will be preferred).
* Minimum Three Years working experience in the same capacity with large/medium sized organization.

Age Limit: 25 to 35 Years.

The incumbent should be able to discharge following responsibilities:

* Plans organizes and implement the Projects / Trainings Programs of PGIDC.
* Compliance of all the projects will all Local, Provincial and Federal Laws and Regulation.
* Develop and supervise the project teams.
* Ensure the achievement of Projects/ Trainings implementation in time.
* Control cost overrun.
* Liaise and coordinate with concerned ministries, government agencies and donor agencies.
* Projects/ Trainings Monitoring and Evaluation.
* Maintain Projects/ Trainings related database / information.
