Position Title: Manager Contract & Procurement
Reports to: G.M Technical
Location: Karachi
Education & Experience:
· A civil engineer with at least 5 years on hand experience of contract management in an infrastructure development setup.
· Handling technical agreement, variation orders arbitration & insurance/bank guarantees, claims etc.
Skills Required:
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong communication & proposal writing skills
· Proficient in MS Office & MS Projects.
· Motivated & a team player.
Work Responsibilities:
· Preparation and obtaining approvals of all Technical Agreements based on technical inputs (Tender documents/ BOQs) provided by consultants.
· Keep abreast with market trends for procurement of raw materials, vendors/suppliers, contractors/consultants etc.
· Review & ensure timely projects contracts related procurement deliverables and monitor payments invoices to ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions in adherence to PEC/ PPRA regulations.
