Position: Operation Manager

Education Requirements

Require a bachelor's degree.

Job Duties

Operations Managers are in charge of their company's security force.
Operations Managers are responsible for all security measures taken by their security Guards.

The ability to provide security guards as required by the Client.

Operation Manager responsible of complete guards stands of their company locations.

Operations Manager are responsible for hiring and training of security Guards. they establish work schedules.

Check weekly attendance record for all locations.

Maintain & Control their locations budget.

Operation Manager in charge of procurements for their company locations:

They investigate security incidents and recommend improvements to their Security guards.

They function as guards if necessary and write reports of their daily activities, as well as stay prepared to give testimony in court if called.



Salary Rang 20K to 25K (Depends of Experience & Education)

Age 35 to 45

Own Conveyance (Company Provide Fuel)
