Unit Assistant Manager, Manager Accounts and Manager Finance

Good accounting and audit knowledge
Good knowledge of cost accounting
Strong analytical skills
Good practical knowledge and experience of Ms Office
Able to analyze and interpret the financial ratios and results

Professional ethical requirements are mandatory
Ability to work in challenging environment
Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks

Areas of Responsibility:
Preparation of Cost and expenses reports of garments unit
Preparation of payable position of suppliers ledger for Unit Assistant Manager
Co-ordination with factory accounts office for documentation of all purchases and expenses incurred before payment
Assisting Finance Manager in process improvements
Assisting Manager Accounts in preparation of financial statements of unit
Daily petty cash summary reconciliation
Handling of sales tax invoices and closely monitoring all relevant documentation for preparation of sales tax file for Manager Accounts
Any other responsibility to be assigned by Managers.
