Minimum Experience 10 + years' prior demonstrated experience in Oil & Gas, Power or Energy Industry
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development, implementation, and documentation of the all concerned training program for all the business units of QEWC in coordination with department managers.

Establish,monitors training and development plans and strategies of the company to ensure that employees and trainees have the necessary knowledge , skills and attitude to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

To communicate with department managers and provide the available development programs to equip employees to undertake more responsible jobs and assist in the implementation of career planning and succession planning within QEWC.

Leads the identification of training needs and identified gaps in job description & training.

Develop and mange the annual training budget including required reporting.

Responsible to monitor training programs, and evaluate their training effectiveness
either by coordinating with other training institutions or conducting in house training programmes. Establish technical direction for all QEWC training.

Conduct Induction sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires

Plan and implement trainings for Engineers and Managers across QEWC business units including sites.

Organized customized programmes on Communication skills, Motivation, Leadership, Project Management and Site Management.

Shall be taking care of entire training function both technical and behavioral aspects

Establish and monitor department goals and ensure training staff works towards achievement of these goals.

Skills :

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively present instruction.

Strong organizational planning skill Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% to attend committee meetings and conduct training work shops necessary to work effectively and efficiently on multiple and concurrent tasks to meet established deadlines with minimal supervision.
