SUPPORT ENGINEER

BASIC PURPOSE:
The incumbent is responsible for the sustained Growth of the Company Business by providing affective after sales service to the Sindh based company customers

Troubleshooting, maintenance & support to service engineers regarding pumping systems

ISO Compliance
•Understands the QMS system

Technical solution to the customer
•Complete understanding of all pumps types, pumping systems and MCU for installation, repair and troubleshooting.
•Pump installation, pulling out, commissioning, minor repair and troubleshooting etc at site.
•Understands different pumping applications and provide technical solution to the customer
•Site survey with Sales to support them for customer requirement evaluation and submission of quotation.
•Provides training to customers on operation and maintenance of supplied equipment
•Obtains Customer feedback on services, evaluates adverse comments, take timely corrective action and develops improvement plan
•Evaluates customer complaint and strategize for its reduction.

Warranty claim analysis
Spares, Service contract and overhauling sales

Education: Graduate or DAE Mechanical / Fluid Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Agri Engineers / MBA Marketing /

Experience: 4-5 years

Age: 28-35 years

Knowledge: Pumps, Engineering, Metallurgy, Machining, Marketing, Govt. Business, after sales service, customer relationship management

Marketing, Technical, Customer need analysis, Problem solving, Listening, Communication, Inter Personal, Persuasiveness, Presentation, Decision Making, Analytical & Team Work.

Salary & Benefits:
30-35 K, Fuel or CNG, Gratuity, Commission, Medical Allowance, Mobile allowance, leaves, maintenance allowance Rs. 2500/- (own conveyance, in case of car) Rs:500/- (in case of bike) only for Sales personnel.
